Dormant account fees will not reduce a balance below zero.

12.2 Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, jl568 shall have no obligation to return any funds held in the account where those funds are directly associated with the breach (e.g., fraud proceeds). Any legitimate deposited funds that are unconnected to the breach may be returned at jl568's discretion following an investigation.

14.1 jl568 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — jl568 will provide advance notice via your registered mobile number or email address, where practicable.
